The “Search Engine Matching” Connects You with Everything
The new browser extension connects the outside world to your Cubox.
When we want an answer to a question and understand something, we usually turn to a search engine such as Google for help.
The results of search engines reflect the current state of the Internet, which is full of fragmented information that needs to be screened, and the confusion of some bottomless PPC rankings. We sifted through information to get one or two valuable ones. And then, we save the information in Cubox, the center, to keep our valuable information.
However, after a month or two, we have a similar question, but we may forget we have saved it once. So we habitually open the browser again and start searching for the same keyword.
Connect Memory
Now you won’t need to go through the whole process again. The connecter is here. We are excited to introduce the “Search Engine Matching” function in Cubox’s new browser extension, 7.2. This function connects the outside world to your Cubox. You will be surprised that what you are looking for is already in Cubox, you have saved so much similar information in Cubox, and you had such a different opinion towards this article one year ago.
This feature covers Safari, Chrome, Edge browsers, and other major search engines. No configuration is required. After the update, when you search for keywords in Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, or Baidu, the matching results will be displayed directly on the right side of the page if you have relevant collections in your Cubox.
Connect Isolated Island
This feature has an even more significant meaning. The content ecology of various websites and apps is becoming increasingly closed. In fact, we cannot find most of the content through search engines as before the mobile Internet era. More information exists in isolated islands, such as this article you are reading.
At this point, Cubox is a bridge, another piece of the puzzle that complements your search for information. The isolated information can also be presented to you through your search engines with the help of Cubox and gives you powerful feedback, allowing you to understand further how you used to pay attention to this information.
Connect Everything
For productivity tools, “connectivity” is very meaningful. Browser history synchronization, search Cubox results in the browser address bar, Readwise and Notion integration, search engine matching, nested Tag system… Every small step and the plan to connect more information serve the same theme.
When high-quality connections continue, what shapes our information usage habits is no longer just collection and storage. You are fully tapping the value of each piece of information and achieving your goals in your daily work in a role of a competent assistant.
Cubox is becoming your knowledge engine. And the richer the content you collect, read, and organize through Cubox, the more valuable the connection will be.
